We want to stress that we will be enforcing comprehensive guidelines governing all aspects of the appearance of our community, and the satisfaction of out residents, just like housing covenants in other upscale neighborhoods. All the homes in Capstone will have vinyl siding and shingle roofs. Aside from the fact that these exteriors are maintenance free, their appearance holds up very well in the long run, and we want to emphasize that appearances will be a major focus in this community.
