The eligible residents will enjoy this quality home for only $470 per month with $470 damage deposit required up front.  All utility costs are the responsibility of the resident.  Duke Energy supplies our area with electric service.  The town of Kirklin requires a $60 deposit for the water/sewer service, and the cost is typically $40 to $60 per month, and includes weekly trash pick-up.  AT&T provides local phone service.  LP gas (propane) heat requires budgeting to fill the tank when needed for approximately $600 to $800, depending on price fluctuations.  The LP tank is  now full, so the eligible residents will need to be prepared to pay for the gas at move-in.

 

Here's an estimate of the move-in costs:

 

1st months rent: $470                                             

Damage Deposit: $470                                             

LP gas: $600                                             

Water/sewer deposit: $60                                              

Total: $1600*                                             

 

*Capstone management may agree to divide the cost of the LP gas into 2 or 3 monthly installments, but after that, it's the resident's responsibility to arrange service with the local gas provider.

 

Residents are responsible for lawn mowing & routine maintenance of their lawn (appx.

6000 square ft), or management will perform this service for a nominal fee.

 

Capstone management performs a credit/criminal background check on all prospective

residents. This requires a $10 non-refundable charge for each adult applicant.
